Very nice hotel but it's divided into two parts...hotel side and banquet and clubs side.. Rooms are great and lots of options for food and bar. Only down side is they always have events happening right in the middle of the hotel so lots of noise and people.running around

Very friendly staff and clean room. Setup is a little complicated, as the room block is located in the back and taxi drivers are not able to find it easily. Also, it was not possible to get a second room key, althought there were two people in the room. The room was clean, however, the shower drainage was clogged - this has not been fixed even after mentioning it to the front desk and house keeping twice. Restaurant and house keeping staff was super friendly!!! The pictures of the pool looked amazing, unfortunately it was under construction during our stay, so we could not at all use it and it was not mentioned anywhere.

Premier Club guest room type hotel . Hotel is behind in a different building , not the one shown in photo ( that is club ) . Food is very delicious and lot of choices of modern dishes continental to Indian . You will not get hotel kind of hospitality warmth but facilities are all there including excellent rooms and excellent service from house keeping and room service dinning . Reception needs to change from current transactional approach to a warm helping courteous , engagement with customers with long term impression approach as hotel industry system . Bed cushion very saggy not comfortable for good sleep . Very dull environment inside the hotel .

Had a wonderful dining experience at Kayaloram Rooftop Restaurant in Jenneys Residency, Coimbatore. The rooftop ambience is excellent — calm, breezy, and perfect for a relaxed evening with family or friends. The city view combined with the peaceful setting makes it stand out. Coming to the food, everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. The kebabs were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The tandoori items were aromatic and served hot, clearly showing good quality ingredients and skilled preparation. The Pinacol (mocktail) was refreshing and nicely balanced — a great complement to the food. Desserts were the highlight! The carrot halwa was rich, fresh, and not overly sweet, and the Ilaneer Payasam was absolutely delightful — authentic taste and very refreshing. A must-try if you visit. Great service, BIG rooms, good Indian & Western breakfast included. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location was just okay, but fine if you need a place close to the airport.
